Why Trust Hayati Pro

Hayati Pro is a UK-registered online vape retailer stocking Hayati products exclusively, operated by HRM Trade LTD, company number 16434092. Trust in a vape shop rests on four checkable things: who the company is, where the stock comes from, whether you can verify a device without taking anyone's word, and whether the retailer stays inside UK law. Nothing on this page asks for belief. Every claim below can be checked.

A named company

Registered in England and Wales, with a public company number.

Authorised sourcing

One brand, one supply route, no grey imports.

3

You verify it

Scratch code on the box, checked by you, not by us.

4

Inside UK law

TRPR limits, MHRA notification, 18+ at the door.

Who operates Hayati Pro

Registration matters because it makes the trader identifiable. An online vape shop that publishes no company number, no registered address and no trading entity leaves a customer with nobody to pursue when an order goes wrong. Hayati Pro publishes all three. The About Hayati Pro page covers the wider story behind the store.

Hayati Pro trades online only

The Preston address is a registered office, not a shop. It holds no retail counter and accepts no walk-in customers. Every order ships from the warehouse to a UK address.

Where Hayati Pro sources its stock

Hayati Pro sources every product through authorised UK distribution for the Hayati brand. The range covers six brand families: Hayati, Moxy, Liora, Quokka, Solix and Finebar. Hayati devices are manufactured by PAX. Hayati Pro stocks no product from any other manufacturer.

Single-brand sourcing narrows the supply chain to one route, and a single route removes the grey-import risk that a sprawling multi-brand catalogue carries. Counterfeit Hayati devices circulate in the UK, sold through unauthorised sellers and marketplace listings.

A device bought outside authorised distribution carries three problems. Its origin is untraceable. Its warranty route does not exist. Its nicotine content has never been verified against the 20mg/ml legal cap.

How you verify a Hayati device yourself

Every genuine Hayati device carries a scratch-panel authenticity code on its packaging. Verification is buyer-led, which means the check sits in your hands rather than in a promise from a retailer. Run it in three steps.

  1. Scratch the panel. The silver panel on the device packaging hides a unique code beneath it.
  2. Enter the code. Type it into the product verification tool.
  3. Read the result. A valid code confirms the device. An invalid or already-used code exposes a counterfeit.

Report any code that fails on a device bought from Hayati Pro to hayatiproshopify@hotmail.com, with your order number and a photograph of the panel. Failed codes on Hayati Pro orders are investigated and the product replaced.

How Hayati Pro stays inside UK law

Compliance is not a claim a retailer makes about itself. Compliance is a set of fixed legal limits that a product either meets or fails. Five govern every product on this site.

Rule UK legal position What Hayati Pro does
Nicotine strength Capped at 20mg/ml under TRPR 2016 Stocks no nicotine e-liquid above 20mg/ml
Tank and pod capacity Capped at 2ml for nicotine-containing pods Every prefilled pod sits at or below 2ml
Refill bottle size Capped at 10ml for nicotine e-liquid Nicotine bottles ship in 10ml only
Single-use vapes Illegal to sell in the UK since 1 June 2025 Stocks rechargeable, refillable devices only
Age of sale Under-18 sale and purchase illegal Verifies age at checkout and at the door

Every nicotine product sold in the United Kingdom is notified to the MHRA before it reaches the market. The age verification policy sets out the checkout process in full.

Who Hayati Pro sells to

Hayati Pro sells to adult smokers and existing vapers aged 18 and over. Vaping exists as a route away from cigarettes, and the NHS positions it that way. Vaping is less harmful than smoking, not risk-free.

Nicotine is addictive. Hayati Pro does not market to non-smokers, does not market to under-18s, and does not present vaping as a lifestyle product. Anyone who has never smoked has no reason to start vaping. The nicotine safety guide sets out the risks plainly, including the risks that remain after a switch.

How your data and your payment are handled

Card details never touch Hayati Pro's own systems. Payments run through Shopify's payment processor, and Hayati Pro receives an order record rather than a card number. Personal data is processed under UK GDPR, and the privacy policy sets out what is collected, why it is collected, and how long it is kept.

What happens when something goes wrong

Trust is tested at the point of failure, not at the point of sale. A wrong item, a faulty device or a missing parcel goes to hayatiproshopify@hotmail.com with an order number in the subject line.

Timings, evidence requirements and refund routes sit on the returns and refunds policy. Questions the support team answers most often sit on the Hayati vape FAQ.

Check your device is genuine

Scratch the panel on the box, enter the code, and see the result in seconds.
