The Preston address is a registered office, not a shop. It holds no retail counter and accepts no walk-in customers. Every order ships from the warehouse to a UK address.
Where Hayati Pro sources its stock
Hayati Pro sources every product through authorised UK distribution for the Hayati brand. The range covers six brand families: Hayati, Moxy, Liora, Quokka, Solix and Finebar. Hayati devices are manufactured by PAX. Hayati Pro stocks no product from any other manufacturer.
Single-brand sourcing narrows the supply chain to one route, and a single route removes the grey-import risk that a sprawling multi-brand catalogue carries. Counterfeit Hayati devices circulate in the UK, sold through unauthorised sellers and marketplace listings.
A device bought outside authorised distribution carries three problems. Its origin is untraceable. Its warranty route does not exist. Its nicotine content has never been verified against the 20mg/ml legal cap.
How you verify a Hayati device yourself
Every genuine Hayati device carries a scratch-panel authenticity code on its packaging. Verification is buyer-led, which means the check sits in your hands rather than in a promise from a retailer. Run it in three steps.

How your data and your payment are handled
Card details never touch Hayati Pro's own systems. Payments run through Shopify's payment processor, and Hayati Pro receives an order record rather than a card number. What happens when something goes wrong
