These terms of service govern every purchase from hayatipro.co.uk. Hayati Pro sells Hayati and PAX Labs products to UK customers under these terms. Placing an order confirms you accept them.
These terms sit alongside the privacy policy, the delivery and shipping policy, the returns and refunds policy, and the age verification policy. Together they form the agreement between you and Hayati Pro.
Who Hayati Pro is
Hayati Pro operates hayatipro.co.uk as a UK online vape retailer. Hayati Pro is a trading name of HRM Trade LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16434092. The registered office is at Unit 3S, Frank Street, Preston, PR1 1PB, United Kingdom.
Contact Hayati Pro about these terms using the details in the Contact section at the end of this page.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or over to buy from Hayati Pro. UK law prohibits the sale of vaping products and nicotine pouches to anyone under 18.
Hayati Pro verifies age at checkout and may request further proof before dispatch. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded. Full detail sits on the age verification policy.
How an order forms
A contract forms when Hayati Pro dispatches your order, not when you place it. Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only.
Hayati Pro may decline an order for 4 reasons:
- Stock is not available.
- The product carries a pricing or description error.
- Age verification fails.
- The order shows signs of fraud.
Declined orders receive a full refund of any payment taken.
Products and descriptions
Hayati Pro describes every product as accurately as possible. Device colours, packaging and flavour ranges show subject to manufacturer changes. Product images are illustrative; the item you receive matches the listed specification.
Every e-liquid ships in 10ml bottles at up to 20mg/ml nicotine, and every device tank sits within the 2ml legal cap. Hayati Pro does not sell single-use disposable vapes, banned in the UK from 1 June 2025.
Prices and payment
Hayati Pro shows all prices in pounds sterling, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges show separately at checkout. Payment clears in full before dispatch.
Hayati Pro accepts [CONFIRM: list of payment methods]. Payments process through a PCI-compliant gateway. Hayati Pro does not store full card details.
A pricing or stock error allows Hayati Pro to cancel the affected order and refund you in full. You may reorder at the corrected price.
Delivery
Hayati Pro dispatches orders from UK stock with tracked delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide.
Full delivery windows, costs and coverage sit on the delivery and shipping policy page.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have 14 days to cancel most orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting the day after you receive them. To cancel, contact Hayati Pro before the 14 days end.
Two important exceptions apply to a vape retailer:
- Sealed nicotine products: e-liquids, prefilled pods and nicotine pouches that come sealed cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene and health reasons. This exemption sits inside the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Used devices: devices that have been vaped on cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sealed, unopened products can be returned inside the 14-day window. Full return steps sit on the returns and refunds policy page.
Product warranty and faulty goods
Faulty Hayati and PAX Labs products are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Act gives you three rights:
- A short-term right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund within [CONFIRM: 30 days] of delivery.
- The right to a repair or replacement within the first six months if the fault existed at delivery.
- The right to a partial or full refund if the fault persists after a repair or replacement.
Report a fault to Hayati Pro with your order number and a description of the issue. Manufacturer warranty lengths sit alongside statutory rights and do not replace them.
Your account
An account is optional; guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you agree to keep your login details secure and not share them.
Hayati Pro may suspend or close an account that shows fraud, abuse of returns, or breach of these terms. Personal data linked to the account is handled under the privacy policy.
Acceptable use of the website
Hayati Pro prohibits four uses of hayatipro.co.uk:
- Fraudulent orders: payment fraud, stolen-card use or false age declarations.
- Underage purchase attempts: use of the site by anyone under 18.
- Data scraping: automated copying of site content or product data.
- Security attacks: attempts to breach, disrupt or overload the site.
Misuse leads to order cancellation, account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to the authorities.
Intellectual property
Hayati Pro owns the text, images, layout and design across hayatipro.co.uk. Reuse of site content needs written permission.
Hayati, Moxy, Liora, Quokka, Solix, Finebar and PAX Labs are brand names owned by their respective rights holders. Hayati Pro uses these names to identify genuine products sold on the site.
Limitation of liability
Hayati Pro limits liability for indirect or consequential losses to the value of your order. UK law preserves your rights for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Events outside our control
Hayati Pro is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. These include courier disruption, supplier shortages, IT outages, extreme weather and regulatory action.
Hayati Pro contacts affected customers as soon as possible with the revised delivery position.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms follow the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from an order or from the use of hayatipro.co.uk is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your statutory consumer rights remain protected regardless of this clause.
Dispute resolution
Raise any complaint with Hayati Pro first, using the details in the Contact section below. Hayati Pro aims to resolve complaints within [CONFIRM: response window] working days.
UK consumers can also seek free advice from Citizens Advice or the Trading Standards service in their area. Unresolved disputes may proceed to the courts named above.
Changes to these terms
Hayati Pro updates these terms when its practices, products or the law change. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows the current version.
The terms in force at the moment your order forms apply to that order. Continued use of hayatipro.co.uk after an update means you accept the revised terms for future orders.
