Hayati Pro accepts returns on unused Hayati products and on any faulty device. Hayati Pro follows UK consumer law on every return. Two rights apply: a 14-day cooling-off period and the Consumer Rights Act for faults.
Change-of-mind returns
Hayati Pro accepts change-of-mind returns on sealed, unused items within [14] days of delivery. The cooling-off period starts the day the order arrives. Sealed items return in their original, unopened packaging.
Faulty or damaged items
Hayati Pro replaces or refunds any faulty Hayati device. UK law gives a 30-day right to reject a faulty item for a full refund. Report a fault within 30 days of delivery to claim the full refund. Faults reported after 30 days qualify for a repair or replacement.
What you cannot return
Hayati Pro cannot accept 3 return types for change of mind:
- Opened e-liquids: unsealed nic salts, shortfills or bottles.
- Used pods: opened prefilled or refillable Hayati pods.
- Used devices: activated or charged Hayati kits.
These exclusions follow UK health and hygiene rules. Faulty items keep full refund rights.
How to start a Hayati Pro return
Start a Hayati Pro return in 4 steps:
- Email [RETURNS EMAIL] with your order number, or use the contact page.
- Wait for return confirmation and the return address.
- Post the sealed item back within [X] days of confirmation.
- Receive your refund after the item reaches the warehouse.
Refund timelines
Hayati Pro issues refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item. UK law sets 14 days as the refund deadline for cooling-off returns. The refund returns to the original payment method.
Return postage
Hayati Pro covers return postage on every faulty Hayati device. Change-of-mind returns use [CUSTOMER-PAID / FREE] postage, confirmed at the return step. Keep proof of postage until the refund clears.
